The Yayasan initiated the setting up of Memorial Charity Fund / Personal Charity Fund to encourage individuals to do charitable work on a long term basis.Anybody who donates RM2,000 or more to the Yayasan will have a fund set up in his / her name managed by the Yayasan.The interest derived will be utilised for the Tertiary Education Grants,Study Grants to lay students of the Malaysian Buddhist Institute yearly and etc.

2024/2025 TEG Award Results Announced
The Yayasan Belia Buddhist Malaysia, in collaboration with the Young Buddhist Association of Malaysia (YBAM), continues to support tertiary students through the Tertiary Education Grant (TEG) program. This initiative aims to provide financial assistance to underprivileged Buddhist students while also rewarding those who actively participate in Buddhist societies at their respective universities.
The selection process is conducted rigorously, involving one interview and two rounds of review after the submission of applications to ensure that aid reaches those in genuine need.
This year, a total of 60 students have been awarded the grant. The list of recipients is as follows:
